generate invoices for more than one user in one go. The batch invoice feature
also allows users to search for customers according to custom data fields and
then invoice the resulting group. To access the tool, go to the Customers menu,
and select Create Batch Invoices.
10. Import credit card transactions:
QuickBooks gives you the tool to view your credit card
transactions easily. You just save the details with your QuickBooks account and
get rid of the error prone process of typing the card number every time. Go to
the Banking menu, Enter Credit Card Charges and click the Download Credit Card
Charges option at the top of the page.
